Setur Kalamış & Fenerbahçe Marina is Istanbul's largest marina complex, operated by Setur since 1987 in Kadıköy. With 1,291 sea berths and 220 on-land spaces — around 25% of Istanbul's total marina capacity — the complex runs at over 95% occupancy year-round. A 65-tonne travel lift and full technical workshops serve yachts up to 60 metres. The Sea of Marmara's low salinity (2.2–2.5%) creates ideal conditions for watermaker operation.
